This policy describes game data and information voluntarily sent for support in Tokyo Claw Days 1.0. The game is an offline single-player experience available in Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish.

Data stored on your device

Your shop name, funds, prize inventory, machine settings and placement, rental plots, story, regular customers, requests, achievements, opening practice and ongoing game state are stored in the app's storage on your device so you can continue playing. The game keeps the previous valid local backup. Before an import, it also preserves the original main file if it exists and can be read. Later saves or imports update these local backups; they are not a permanent save history.

Language selection, background music settings and music volume are also stored locally, separately from game progress. The latest successful-save time comes from the local save file; the latest write-failure time is available only for the current app session. Three original music tracks and sound effects are included with the app and play locally without a streaming service.

No automatic collection or upload of gameplay data

The game has no accounts, sign-in, ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking or push-notification registration. It does not automatically send saves, gameplay records or diagnostics to the publisher. There is no game server or in-game cloud synchronization.

The game does not access contacts, precise location, the microphone, camera, health data or advertising identifiers. Its Tokyo map, money and characters are fictional game content. Every opponent is an NPC; your real location and payment details are not needed.

Exporting, importing and other services

When you export a JSON save in Settings, you choose its destination or recipient through the system share interface. The file includes your shop name and progress, so consider what you put in your shop name. Importing reads only the file you select to validate and restore progress. Neither action automatically sends the file to us.

Apple handles App Store purchases, downloads and system backups. Depending on your device settings, a system backup may include game data. File providers, sharing services, email and external websites you choose have their own data practices. The game's offline operation does not mean those external services process no connection data.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains available so you can continue playing. Deleting the app through iOS removes its local data. Offloading the app keeps documents and data and does not erase your progress. Manage exported files, shared copies and system backups separately in the relevant location or service.

We have no server copy of your save. Support cannot restore local progress that has been deleted without a usable backup.

Information you choose to send for support

If you email us, we receive your sender address, message and any screenshots or files you choose to attach. We use and retain this information only to the extent and for as long as needed to handle that support or privacy request, not for advertising or tracking. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or unrelated sensitive information.

You can email us to request access to or deletion of support information you supplied. If the law requires us to retain some information, we will explain why. You remain responsible for files on your device; we have no remote access to them.

Visiting this support website

This website is hosted with OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. We have not added advertising, analytics tools, tracking pixels, external scripts or a contact form to these pages. To deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose faults, the hosting providers may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and requested URLs. Providers may also use necessary security cookies. This website connection information is separate from game progress stored on your device. Policy updates

If game features or data practices change, we will update this policy and the relevant in-game and store information. Contact Walking technology Inc at marketing@walkingtechs.com about privacy or data deletion.
